How long will my delivery take?

It is shipped as Standard 1st Class so the aim is 1-2 days (including Saturdays) providing the order is made before 3pm. However please allow 1-3 days for your product to arrive. 

 

How secure is my shipping?

Unfortunately we do not offer tracked services at the moment. However we use 1st Class Royal Mail and so if there are any issues with delivering/receiving your parcel contact us and it will be sorted. 

 

What do i do if i don't receive my parcel?

Please contact us via the 'Contact Us' so that we can sort it out. 

 

Do you offer refunds/returns/exchanges?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept refunds/returns/exchanges on certain items unless they are faulty. Please contact us for further details.

 

What is your returns policy?

If your item is faulty and you require a refund/return/exchange for your items please contact us for details and items will have to be returned within 14 days.
